Janet Valdune is a nutritionists who specializes in the extraction of new vitamins from food via solar radiation treatment. As such, she is the owner and operator of the Solar Pavilion in The Adobe Skyscraper. She received her training from Adobe College of the Desert, and spent many years surviving in the wilderness by mixing various bit of vegetation in a canteen with water, then allowing the sun to extract the necessary vitamins and simultaneously cook the mixture, which she called soup. Many of these soups are available for the general public to consume in the Solar Pavilion.
