Yousei Soo is the producer of Intellicast. She was trained in computational science and received her degree in algorithmic engineering from Monorail City University. Before joining CKNWR she worked as a programmer for the city, designing algorithms for trash pickup and water routing.
Her experience with algorithms has influenced her production of Intellicast, with such innovations as the Rhetorical Recycling Program and the Focus Algorithm. These advancements in radio production have resulted in numerous accolades for the program, including multiple Future Awards.
