Dr. Theolonious Xing is the founder of the Xing School of Quantized Occurrence Theory on St. Tsonga Island. He espouses the belief that every occurrence is entirely isolated and orthogonal to every other occurrence, and should be investigated in absolute isolation of theory or experience.
