Dr. Morton Beaknik is a professor of stopping at St. Tsonga University on St. Tsonga Island. He teaches Stopping and Advanced Stopping, two required courses for monorail admirals, bus engineers, track science majors, and cliff surveyors. He usually wears a large wooden beak on his face and eagerly snaps up sardines tossed to him by his students and peers.
