City Burger is a popular burger chain. It is known for its Skyscraper Burger, which consists of 12 patties and 17 buns. The order of the patties/buns within the burger is the subject of much debate among Citizens, or fervent patrons of City Burger.
Lowliners are those who believe all but three of the buns should be at the bottom of the stack, while Skytoppers think that only one bun on the bottom makes the burger edible.
Most patrons simply eat what is placed in front of them.
City Burger briefly ran a campaign in the early 1970's in which a burger would eat a supermarket aisle of food before being consumed itself. This led to accusations that City Burger used more than meat product in its burgers, which was proven to be partially true.
